Onboarding is an opportunity to engage, instil values, lay out the mission and set expectations. A UK brand experiencing rapid growth needed new team members to grasp their roles, and ‘get it’ culturally really fast.

I devised and developed the framework for two in-person modules to inform, excite and fuel the newbie for their journey with the company.
