Great Minds Don’t

Empowering people at scale . . .

Hayley Brackley is founder and head consultant and coach at neurodiversity coaching and development outfit, Great Minds Don’t. Hayley had a problem; demand for her expert knowledge and insight was way too high. Organisations were lining up to get time with her that they knew would empower their own employees to unleash their potential, but she was unable to meet everyone being put forward for coaching. She wondered whether ‘bottling’ her expertise and delivering it through a digital learning module would help ease the pressure, and equip her audience to have better conversations with each other, and with her.

We collaborated and I put together a learning product that would give individuals a baseline on all things neurodiversity, and line managers a framework within which to have more meaningful, empathetic and intentional conversations with neurodiverse team members. We wanted to cover as many bases as possible without overwhelming the learning audience, so we settled on covering:

– Neurodiversity as a concept
– Various kinds of neurodiverse conditions
– The language of neurodiversity (and how to use it)
– The difference between the social and medical approaches to neurodiversity

Working with Ben was a fantastic experience. His expertise and commitment to creating a valuable learning experience were evident throughout the development of the digital learning module. The process of creating the module was smooth and professional, with Ben taking the time to fully understand the context and content, to produce a comprehensive and well-crafted final product.
Ben was patient with my many questions and helped me to work through what I wanted the module to achieve.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking to build an e-learning course.
